The Innovations team's primary job is to build new, innovative applications using AI and analytics, with the goal of helping our customers effectively and efficiently deliver experience as a service (XaaS).

Job Summary

Your role is to build, sell, and deliver Genesys App Foundry analytics applications. From ideation, architecting, developing, testing, implementing, selling, delivering, and maintaining what we build, this is a multi-functional role. Hands on and technical, success requires skills you've honed doing Consulting or Sales Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • App Pre Sales: Lead and manage analytics application proofs-of-concept from inception to sale.
  • Data Analysis and Insights: Leverage advanced analytical techniques and tools to extract meaningful insights from Genesys Cloud Contact Center data, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Business Intelligence and Reporting: Design and implement comprehensive business intelligence and reporting solutions, enabling clients to make data-driven decisions and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Consulting and Advisory: Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients based on data analysis, experience management best practices, and a deep understanding of contact center operations.
  • Training and Knowledge Transfer: Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to other solution consultants, account executives, and clients' teams.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in data analytics, contact center operations, and industry-specific domains.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of product development or technical consulting experience in analytics or analytical applications
  • Expert in SQL, including complex stored procedures, on-prem and cloud; experience with Snowflake preferred.
  • Expert in BI, on-prem or cloud, with experience building w/ PowerBI, Tableau, Apache Superset, or Similar
  • Provable expertise in data analysis tools and techniques including databases, NoSQL datastores, Tableau, Power BI, and ETL scripting.
  • Strong understanding of Genesys Cloud Contact Center platform and its data model, reporting capabilities, and integration points.
  • Familiarity with the Genesys Engage Infomart preferred
  • Experience building and selling contact center or experience analytics.
  • Experience in consulting or developing products and solutions with contact center technologies like Genesys Engage, Genesys Cloud, Cisco, Avaya, etc.

Compensation:

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.

$121,500.00 - $238,400.00
