Seeking experienced Electrician with estimating / planning experience in a nuclear power plant environment who is capable of reviewing and walking down field Engineering Change Packages, interfacing with Engineering and outside vendors to determine the crew size/manpower, materials, rental equipment, subcontractors, etc., needed, and using Microsoft Excel to develop the t
